DO I NEED TO PAY A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT?YES, the REFUNDABLE deposit is 100% necessary to cover your event. This refundable deposit is $300 which will cover any broken rules such as: $50 - Shoes in the Soft Play area or Bounce Castle (If there are stains on the equipment, this amount will be deducted) $50 - If the balls in the Ball Pit are in the Soft Play area (Customer can pick up the balls or this amount will be deducted) $50 - If there are children older than 4 years inside the Soft Play (this amount will be deducted) $100 - If the equipment is stained with food (this amount will be deducted) If any equipment is broken or damaged, the client must cover 100% of the amount of the new equipment or repair (see conditions in the Waiver) The refundable deposit will be returned 2 days after the event to verify that everything is in good condition.

ARE THERE ANY RULES FOR EMGO PLAY RENTALS?Yes, we ask that you observe these rules: No shoes. Socks are required. No Food, snacks, candy in play area. No paint, slime or sharp objects. Parents are required to stay and watch toddlers. All balls must stay in ball pit, all soft play is to stay in play area. No kids over 4 yrs allowed. You may have to pay an extra cleaning fee if rules are not followed*. If you will have face painting at your event, we will need to add an attendant to your quote—it’s required.

HOW MANY HOURS CAN I BOOK YOUR RENTALS?Pricing for our soft play and ball pit rentals are based on a standard 4-Hr single day rentals. Additional Hours start at $80/hr.

IS THE CONTRACT NECESSARY?Yes, the signed contract is 100% required to be signed and submitted before your scheduled event.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE Deposits can be used as a store credit for up to 3 months. There is no cancellation fee, however, we do require advance notice at least 15 days before the event in order to obtain a refund of the balance of your payment. Once your services are booked, you won't be able to delete them. You can change them for another set or add others, but you can't delete any. Deposit (30%) to secure the date are non-refundable. Even if your event is outdoors and there is bad weather we will not be able to do the set up and it will be necessary to reschedule your event.

CAN THE EVENT BE RESCHEDULED?You can reschedule as long as you notify us at least 15 days before the event. There is no cancellation fee, however, there might be a stocking fee if the notice is less than 15 days. The new event date must be within 3 months of the original date, subject to our availability.

WHAT AGES ARE APPROPPRIATE FOR YOUR SOFT PLAY EQUIPMENT?We have different sets for different age groups anywhere from crawlers / early walkers up to 8 year olds.

DO CHILDREN NEED TO BE SUPERVISED?Yes, it is absolutely necessary that all children be monitored while using our soft play equipment. While our gear is soft, safe and sanitized, the eyes of the adults must remain on the little ones at all times. We can provide (for an extra fee) an attendant to make sure the rules are followed and the playground is used in a safe and fun way, but the on-site attendant is NOT responsible for supervision of children.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO SECURE MY RENTAL?A deposit of 30% NON REFUNDABLE of your total rental fee is required in order to secure your items and and secure your date. Deposits can be used as a store credit for up to 3 months.

WHEN SHOULD YOU MAKE THE REMAINING PAYMENT?The remaining 70% must be paid at least 3 days before your event.

DO YOU HAVE A CLEANING PROCESS?We clean, disinfect and sanitize each piece before and after each event.

CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT?Sorry, we do not offer pick up. Only delivery. We take care of delivery, set up and pick up.
