Booking is simple! Fill out our online Booking Form at emgoplay.ca, or send us a message on Instagram (@emgoplay) or by email at info@emgoplay.ca. We'll confirm availability, send you a quote, and lock in your date once the deposit is received.

We recommend booking 6 to 8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and summer months (May through September). For December holiday parties, book as early as possible — those dates fill up fast. If your event is coming up soon, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to fit you in!

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required to secure your date and time. Without a confirmed deposit, your date remains open to other bookings. The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event date.

Yes! Weekday bookings (Monday to Thursday) receive a 20% discount on your rental. It's a great option if your schedule is flexible — and your kids won't care what day it is as long as there's a ball pit! 🎉

Our Soft Play packages start from $240 CAD and go up depending on the size and configuration. All prices are based on a 6-hour rental. Additional hours are available at $80/hour. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and are not included in the package price. You can browse all packages and pricing at emgoplay.ca/packages.

Every rental includes full setup by our team, the equipment for the rental period (6 hours standard), and full breakdown and pickup at the end. Delivery fees and optional add-ons are quoted separately.

Yes — always. Our team handles everything: delivery to your venue, full assembly and safety check before your event starts, and complete breakdown and pickup once it's over. You don't lift a finger. Delivery fees are calculated per event based on location.

Our team typically arrives 45 to 60 minutes before your event start time to set up. Setup time varies depending on the package — larger setups may require up to 90 minutes. We'll confirm the exact arrival window when we confirm your booking.

Yes — please let us know in advance if your venue has stairs, narrow doorways, limited parking, or elevator restrictions. This helps us plan the best setup approach and avoid any delays on the day of your event.

Our Soft Play sets and Bumper Cars are designed for children aged 6 months to 5 years. Ball Pits and Bouncy Castles can be enjoyed by slightly older children under adult supervision. We always recommend age-appropriate supervision regardless of the equipment.

Cleanliness is a top priority at Emgo Play. Every piece of equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental, following strict hygiene protocols. Parents can relax — we take this seriously.

To keep every child safe and ensure the equipment is returned in good condition, we ask all guests to follow these rules: No shoes inside the play area (socks only) No food, drinks, or sweets inside the equipment No face paint, glitter, or messy materials near the equipment No sharp objects (jewelry, pens, glasses with sharp frames) No pushing, shoving, or rough play Children must be supervised by an adult at all times Soft play and bumper cars are for children 5 and under only No high heels near or on the foam flooring — damage will be charged

Great question! Here's a quick breakdown: Soft Play Sets — padded, modular play structures (slides, climbers, tunnels) designed for babies and toddlers up to 4 years old. Ball Pits — enclosed pools filled with colourful soft balls. Great for toddlers and young kids. Can be customized with different ball colours and pit wraps. Bouncy Castles — inflatable jump structures for slightly older and more energetic kids. Require outdoor space or a large indoor area. Yes! Most of our equipment can be set up both indoors and outdoors. We need a flat, clean, dry surface. Outdoors, grass or turf is ideal. We do not set up on rough concrete, gravel, or uneven ground. If there's a chance of rain for an outdoor event, please have a backup indoor space ready.

We recommend flat, clean, dry surfaces such as grass, turf, carpet, hardwood, or indoor flooring. Please avoid rough concrete, gravel, or uneven terrain. The area must be clear of debris and pet waste before our team arrives.

If rain or unsafe weather is expected, we will not set up outdoors. Please notify us as early as possible — how your booking is handled depends on when we're informed. See our cancellation & policies section for full details.

Emgo Play will not set up outdoors during rain or unsafe weather conditions. If you notify us before our team departs: Your deposit transfers to a new date at no penalty. Reschedule within 1 month — after that, the deposit is forfeited. If our team has already departed or arrived: A trip fee will apply. We strongly recommend having an indoor backup space confirmed. If an indoor option is available on arrival, we'll set up there at no extra charge. Outstanding balances: Any balance that was due on or before the original event date must be paid in full before the new date is confirmed, regardless of the reason for rescheduling. We always monitor weather conditions and will reach out proactively if we have concerns.

Yes. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for all rentals. It is returned within 2 business days after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition. Possible deductions include: $50 — shoes or heels found inside the play area (if stains are present) $50 — ball pit balls scattered outside the designated area $50 — equipment used by individuals outside the permitted age range $100 — food or beverage stains on any equipment

The remaining balance is due 3 days before your event. If full payment is not received by that deadline, Emgo Play reserves the right to cancel the booking.

The renter is responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental period. Specific damages (such as high-heel punctures on foam flooring) are charged at a set rate — for example, $50 per damaged mat. Significant or unreported damage may result in additional charges beyond the security deposit.

Yes. Several of our pieces — including the Bubble House and larger Ball Pits — are designed for all ages. Our Bumper Cars and Soft Play sets are designed for children up to 5 years old, but work perfectly as a dedicated kids' zone within a larger adult or mixed event.

Absolutely. Most of our equipment is suitable for outdoor setups on grass, turf, or pavement. We've set up at parks, corporate campuses, parking lots, and outdoor venues across the GTA. We just need a flat, clean surface and access to power if required.
