Emgo Play is a kids' party rental company based in Brampton, Ontario. We specialize in Soft Play sets, Ball Pits, Bouncy Castles, Bumper Cars, and event decor — delivered, set up, and packed away for you. We serve families across Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Caledon, Oakville, and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
We offer a full range of kids' party rental equipment including:
Soft Play Sets — safe, padded play areas for babies and toddlers
Ball Pits — colourful, clean, and endlessly fun
Bouncy Castles — for bigger kids with energy to burn
Bumper Cars — a unique and unforgettable addition to any party
Decor & Personalization — custom wraps, themes, and styling
Tables & Chairs — kids' wave tables and chair sets for rent
Everything is cleaned, sanitized, and set up by our team.
Our Soft Play packages start from $240 CAD and go up depending on the size and configuration. All prices are based on a 6-hour rental. Additional hours are available at $80/hour. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and are not included in the package price. You can browse all packages and pricing at emgoplay.ca/packages.
Absolutely! We offer several add-ons to complete your setup, including:
Kids' wave tables and chair sets

To keep every child safe and ensure the equipment is returned in good condition, we ask all guests to follow these rules:
No shoes inside the play area (socks only)
No food, drinks, or sweets inside the equipment
No face paint, glitter, or messy materials near the equipment
No sharp objects (jewelry, pens, glasses with sharp frames)
No pushing, shoving, or rough play
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
Soft play and bumper cars are for children 5 and under only
No high heels near or on the foam flooring — damage will be charged
Great question! Here's a quick breakdown:
Soft Play Sets — padded, modular play structures (slides, climbers, tunnels) designed for babies and toddlers up to 4 years old.
Ball Pits — enclosed pools filled with colourful soft balls. Great for toddlers and young kids. Can be customized with different ball colours and pit wraps.
Bouncy Castles — inflatable jump structures for slightly older and more energetic kids. Require outdoor space or a large indoor area.
Bumper Cars — electric ride-on bumper cars for kids 18 months to 5 years. One of our most unique and popular rentals!
Space requirements vary by package. As a general guide:
Soft Play Sets: from 10×10 ft up to 15×15 ft depending on the package
Ball Pits: compact, starting from approximately 6×6 ft
Bumper Cars: require a flat area of at least 13×13 ft
Bouncy Castles: require larger open spaces — exact measurements on each product page

Your 30% deposit is non-refundable — no exceptions, regardless of when you cancel.
Cancel 10+ days before your event: We'll do our best to reschedule to a new date within 1 month, based on availability. Your deposit remains applied toward the rescheduled booking.
Cancel less than 10 days before your event: Rescheduling is not available. If your full balance had already been paid, 50% of your total booking amount will be refunded. If only your deposit (30%) had been paid, no refund is issued.
We understand plans change — the earlier you reach out, the more we can try to help.

Emgo Play will not set up outdoors during rain or unsafe weather conditions.
If you notify us before our team departs: Your deposit transfers to a new date at no penalty. Reschedule within 1 month — after that, the deposit is forfeited.
If our team has already departed or arrived: A trip fee will apply. We strongly recommend having an indoor backup space confirmed. If an indoor option is available on arrival, we'll set up there at no extra charge.
Outstanding balances: Any balance that was due on or before the original event date must be paid in full before the new date is confirmed, regardless of the reason for rescheduling.
We always monitor weather conditions and will reach out proactively if we have concerns.
Yes. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required for all rentals. It is returned within 2 business days after your event, provided all equipment is returned in good condition. Possible deductions include:
$50 — shoes or heels found inside the play area (if stains are present)
$50 — ball pit balls scattered outside the designated area
$50 — equipment used by individuals outside the permitted age range
$100 — food or beverage stains on any equipment
Outside of your rental package, the following fees may apply:
Equipment relocation after setup: $150
Logistics surcharge (stairs, elevators, narrow access): $60–$150
Cleaning fee if equipment is found with bodily fluids: $150
Attendant fee (mandatory if face painting is present or more than 20 kids): $150
